General conditions of sale General conditions of sale

These conditions govern the sale of every article presented on the "eol-zone" site of DHJ INTERNATIONAL.

Every order shall imply acceptance of these general conditions of sale and, where relevant, to the conditions that are individual or specific to one or several articles or orders.

These general conditions of sale are entered between the company DHJ INTERNATIONAL S.A.S, registered at the Trade and Companies Register of Colmar at number B 916 320 237 and located at SELESTAT 67600, 1 rue de Morat, hereinafter referred to as « DHJ International » and by any-trader who wishes to make a purchase on the eol-zone site visible at the following address : http://www.eol-zone.com and hereinafter referred to as « the user  ».

Our offer of articles and the terms of delivery at the prices indicated in euros are only valid in France, Corsica and Monaco.

For all orders outside of France, Corsica and Monaco, please contact us by way of the contact page. A commercial staff member will contact you in order to prepare a quote for delivery of goods (including delivery charges) to your country.

  1. PURPOSE

The aim of these conditions is to define the reciprocal obligations of the parties as well as the various stages of the order up to delivery and payment.

  2. ORDER

The articles that we propose are described and presented with the greatest possible exactness.

The photos that represent the articles are only indicative given the alterations that may exist due to their transcription onto the site.

A user interested in an article visible on the eol-zone.com site shall follow the process set out below in order to make his order.

After checking the specific features of the article (colour, quantity, price, etc, …) the user shall validate his choice by clicking on the icon “Add to shopping basket”. The articles added to the shopping basket are visible in the “shopping basket” menu to the right of the screen.

Once the shopping basket has been filled with the desired number of articles, the user may consult it by clicking on “Content of the shopping basket” in the menu at the top right, or by clicking on the word “Shopping basket” in the menu to the right. By clicking on one of the articles, the user shall again access the description of this article.

At the time of the first order, the user shall fill out a form containing the following information: sex, name, first name, address, e-mail, telephone number, etc. He must also choose a password to allow him to identify himself for subsequent orders.

After creating an account or identifying himself, he may click on the icon “validate” to access the choice of mode of delivery and of payment.

Any order shall imply acceptance of the prices and description of the articles available for sale. The agreement shall be completed upon issue of the confirmation of order by DHJ International.

Any dispute in this regard shall take place in the context of the exchange of the guarantees referred to below.

The company DHJ International undertakes to honour the orders received on the eol-zone.com site only up to the limit of available stocks of the articles. In case of the article being unavailable, DHJ International undertakes to inform the user of this as soon as possible.

  3. PRICES
  4. The prices indicated are in euros, including all taxes. They shall take into account the VAT applicable on the date of the order.

Any change of the applicable rate may be reflected in the prices of the articles. After this date they may be modified at any time.

  5. PAYMENT

  6. The user has the choice of paying for his purchases as follows:

      • online by bank card: the payment is made on the secure bank server of our bank (carte bleue, Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard).

Since 1 July 2005, it has been obligatory to enter the last 3 figures of the cryptogram registered at the back of your credit card on the online payment platform. This substantially strengthens the security of the transactions on Internet.

Thus, no banking information concerning the user is passed via the eol-zone.com site. The payment by credit card is therefore perfectly secure; the order will thus be registered and validated upon acceptance of the payment by the bank.

Under the Law of 13 March 2000 concerning electronic signature, the online transmission of your bank card number and the final validation of your order shall be proof of the entirety of the order and of the sums due in payment for this order.

The bank account shall only be debited upon dispatch of the available articles. Where the articles are sold out or unavailable, the debit shall only be made for the amount of the articles actually sent.

      • Upon delivery: in this case, the user must pay in addition the cash-on-delivery costs in accordance with the postal rate in force upon receipt (valid only in mainland France).

      • By cheque or postal order, in euros, drawn up in the name of DHJ International and sending it by post to the following address:

DHJ International, Attn: Eol-Zone, 1 rue de Morat, B.P 8, 67601 SELESTAT Cedex and accompanied by the order which you will have printed in advance from the site.

Any order by post, not accompanied by a payment order or partially paid, shall not be considered by DHJ International.

The user must also pay a lump sum amount corresponding to the costs of processing the order.

  7. SECURITY
  8. The details of your credit card are encrypted using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol and are never clearly conveyed on the network. The payment is made directly to the bank.

DHJ International shall under no circumstances have access to these details and shall not keep them on its servers.

  9. DELIVERY
  10. The user must pay a lump sum contribution fixed at 7 euros, corresponding to the costs of preparation and dispatch of the order. Where several dispatches are necessary, this contribution to the processing and dispatch costs shall only be invoiced for a single delivery.

The user has the choice of delivery either:
      •  to his residence
      • or to another private address other than that for invoicing

For most of the articles the user shall have a guarantee allowing him to return delivered articles that are defective or that or that do not give full satisfaction.

DHJ International undertakes to carry out delivery of the articles ordered as swiftly as possible. The average time limits observed for the available articles are 5 to 15 days.

DHJ International cannot be held liable for the consequences of delay attributable to its transport providers.

    Dispatch period:

All of the indicated periods are calculated in working days.

The indicated time periods are average periods and correspond to the periods for processing, preparation and dispatch of your order (release from warehouse).

It is appropriate to add to this period the delivery period of the transporter (Post/ Transporter).

Any delay in the dispatch period may not give rise to cancellation of the order, to a reduction of the price to be paid by the buyer or to any payment of damages, provided that delivery is made to the user within 30 working days following confirmation of the order.

Any article available in stock shall be dispatched within 48 hours from our warehouses, from the time of validation of the order.

    Delivery periods :

The article ordered shall be delivered by post to the address appearing on the order form.

The indicated periods are for departure from our warehouses.

When at the time of delivery the original packaging is damaged, torn or opened, the user must then check the state of the articles. If they are damaged, the parcel must be refused and a reservation noted in the delivery note (parcel refused because opened or damaged). In the event of non-delivery of an order or a part of an order, the user has a maximum of six months (from the date of departure from our warehouses) to make a complaint. Beyond this period, DHJ International shall not accept any complaint.

    Delivery zone:

We only deliver in France, Corsica and Monaco. For all deliveries out of this zone, please contact us by means of the contact page.

  11. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

  12. All articles may be exchanged or reimbursed except for those that state otherwise.

Where the user is not entirely satisfied with an article that has been ordered, this must be returned to DHJ International within 7 clear days following delivery. Any complaint made outside of this period shall not be accepted. The return of the article may only be accepted for articles in their original state (packaging, instructions…)

Where the new order is for a greater amount at the time of exchange, the user must enclose with the request the payment of the balance. On the other hand, where the exchange amount is less than the initial amount, the user shall receive upon receipt of the order a cheque in reimbursement of the difference.

Reimbursement may also be sought within a period of 7 clear days.

In the event of reimbursement of an article allocated free of charge, or at a lower cost on the occasion of a special offer proposed to the user, he shall be reimbursed for its partial, and not in its entire, commercial value.

In any event, any request for exchange or reimbursement must be made by post to the address DHJ International, Attn: Eol-Zone, 1 rue de Morat, BP 8, 67601 SELESTAT Cedex.

All articles are under a contractual guarantee, which shall not obstruct the legal guarantee provided by Articles 1641 at seq. of the Civil Code.

    To make a return :

The request must be made by letter.

    - The costs of returning in the event of a withdrawal are payable by the user.

    - The costs of returning for an article that is declared not to comply with the order, or that is defective upon delivery, shall be borne by DHJ International based on the original method of dispatch together with the lump sum amount of the preparation and dispatch costs insofar as they are mentioned on the invoice.

    - This right to return may only be accepted for articles in their original state (packaging, instructions…) with the return coupon and a copy of the purchase invoice. Articles that are returned incomplete, spoiled, damaged or dirtied by the user shall not be taken back.

    - After the return of the parcel has been accepted and validated, DHJ International undertakes to exchange or reimburse it within a maximum period of 30 days.
